Intro to Part 4+Chapter13

         This talks about the early modern era and the eras before that would lead up to this time in history. The ages in our time go in this order are paleolithic, neolithic, ancient, classical, and modern era. We also ask the questions like what can be considered modern and if we are still living in the modern era. Some may begin to argue that we have grown past the modern era and are in a more futuristic era. In Chapter 13 we learn about the political transformation and the encounters with different empires.
