Chapter 14+Documents
The progression of Chapter 14 talks about the fur trade as well as the atlantic slave trade in response to the commerce. The slave trade was beginning to become a a social norm in all parts of the world. This slave trade was becoming universal and was not subject to just only one race, gender, or background. The impact of the slave trade progressed as it became more severe and limited to one race, it began to put a bad name on the salvic people. In the Documents we learn about the feelings and different people's journeys on being a slave. These documents are very eye opening and impressive because we can really feel how they were treated through this literary source.
